Becoming a Member
New members are welcome at New Horizons!
The recommended procedure in becoming a new member is to first attend a meeting as a guest.
Toastmaster club meetings tend to follow the same format from club to club, but the flavour of each club will be different.
You are welcome to attend up to three meetings as a guest.
Once you decide New Horizons Toastmasters is for you, let us know and we'll give you an application form to fill out.
You would submit your dues with the application form.
Dues are payable annually. The annual fee is pro-rated for new members joining after the October start date.
New members must also pay a one-time new member fee, which covers the welcome package from Toastmasters International.

Fees
Fees cover the period from October 1 to September 30.
If you join after the beginning of the year, fees are pro rated.
Returning members do not, of course, have to pay the new member fee.
Transfer members should speak to a member of the executive about fees.
